Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen pink dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 0.5 small Green-ish banana
  • 0.25 cup Canned beets Drained & rinsed
  • 0.5 small avocado
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk
  • 0.75 cup Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup (Optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prep Ingredients – Drain and rinse the canned beets, measure out the frozen fruit, and juice the lemon or lime (if using).
  • Blend – Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust Consistency – Add more coconut milk, almond milk, or orange juice if too thick. Add ice cubes if too thin.
  • Serve – Pour into a glass and enjoy, or make a smoothie bowl by using less liquid and adding toppings like fresh fruit, granola, or coconut flakes.
